The front desk staff were so welcoming, they made me feel like I was bothering them. The housekeeping service every 4 nights was a real treat, who needs a clean room every day anyway? The view of Mt. Fuji from the twin room was simply breathtaking.

I just loved having to key in my name multiple times at the self check-in machine, it really added to the efficiency of the process.

During my recent business trip to Fujikawaguchiko, I had the opportunity to stay at Toyoko Inn. The hotel was chosen by my director and I must say, it was a great choice. The property offers various recreational opportunities, including a relaxing hot spring bath and a cozy lounge area where I could unwind after a long day of work. The on-site restaurant also served delicious meals, providing a convenient dining option. The location of the hotel was ideal, with beautiful views of Mount Fuji and easy access to the surrounding attractions. the staff at Toyoko Inn were attentive and friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay throughout.

At this point of time, it was getting dumb because it was a self check-in machine but you need a staff standing beside you to guide you through the process then isn't it easier for the staff to complete the whole process by hand?

The hotel was in a great position right by the bus station of sightseeing bus, bus stop and convenient store, and oike park and bus stop 4 on the the sightseeing bus. Ate at Cuisine R, it's just a pleasant stroll away from the venue🙂

I stayed at Toyoko Inn Fuji Kawaguchiko Ohashi for transit during my travel, and it was a convenient choice. The hotel is located just a 15-minute walk away from two beautiful lake parks, making it easy to enjoy some natural scenery during my stay. two bus tour lines are just around the corner, saving me the hassle of going to Kawaguchiko Station to queue for them. This was a huge time-saver and allowed me to make the most of my limited time in the area.

While the location of Toyoko Inn is convenient for accessing the lake parks and bus tour lines, it is worth noting that there is only one convenience store within easy walking distance. This means that if you have any specific shopping needs, you may need to go a bit further out to find more options.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect. the location is fantastic. It is situated very near the bus station of the sightseeing bus, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. Additionally, being very close to Kawaguchiko lake provided stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms with mountain view were a great bonus, allowing me to fully immerse myself in the beautiful surroundings.

All aspects of my stay at this hotel were flawless.

I really got my money's worth at this hotel! The room was clean and spacious, and the location was perfect, close to Lake Kawaguchi and convenient shuttle bus service. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and always had a cheerful attitude.

The only thing that could have been better was the food for breakfast.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, close to Lake Kawaguchi and not too far from the train station. The free shuttle bus service from the station was a great convenience. The room I stayed in was clean, comfortable, and had a small view of Mt Fuji. The soundproofing was impressive, ensuring a quiet night's sleep. I also enjoyed the delicious local breakfast, with the choice of Western or Japanese style. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.
